How This Website Uses Them
The public GreenyFox website currently uses a limited technology model. It does not deploy Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or advertising tracking, and it does not automatically load the YouTube player when a Products page opens.
| Technology | Current purpose | When active |
|---|---|---|
| WordPress administrator cookies | Authentication and administration security. | Only when an authorised administrator signs in. |
| Contact-form security | Request verification, rate limiting and duplicate-submission control. | When the form is displayed or submitted; primarily server-side. |
| YouTube privacy-enhanced player | Optional playback of the Products concept film. | Only after the visitor actively selects Play. |
Because the initial public page view does not currently set non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, no general cookie-consent banner is deployed at this stage.
Strictly Necessary Technologies
Strictly necessary technologies may be used where they are essential to transmit a request, maintain security, authenticate an administrator or provide a function specifically requested by a visitor. These technologies are not used to build advertising profiles.
WordPress login cookies relate to the private administrator area rather than normal public browsing. Hosting infrastructure may also use short-lived security or load-management mechanisms where technically required.
Language Preferences
The current language selector provides an interface structure for future multilingual support and does not save a persistent visitor language preference. If a multilingual system later stores a preference, this policy will be updated to describe the technology, duration and available choice.
Contact Form and Security
The native contact form uses a WordPress request-verification value, a hidden spam-trap field, server-side validation, a short-lived rate-limit record and a one-time submission token. Short-lived result data supports the Post/Redirect/Get flow and helps prevent accidental repeat submissions.
These controls are intended to provide the requested form securely. They are not analytics or advertising tools. Server and connection information used for security may still be personal information and is addressed in the Privacy Policy.
Embedded YouTube Content
The Products concept film uses a click-to-load approach. Before playback, the page displays a local poster or a local design fallback and does not create a YouTube iframe. Selecting Play creates a frame from youtube-nocookie.com.
That action connects the browser to YouTube or Google. Those services may receive the IP address, browser and device information, the requested video and related request data, and may use device storage according to their own practices. Do not select Play if you do not want the third-party content to load.
Analytics and Advertising
Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and advertising tracking are not currently enabled on this website. The website does not currently set non-essential analytics or advertising cookies during the initial page view.
Before any future non-essential analytics, advertising or automatically loaded third-party service is enabled, the implementation must be reviewed, an appropriate consent mechanism must be deployed where required, and this policy must be updated.
Managing Browser Settings
Most browsers provide controls for viewing, blocking and deleting cookies or site data. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may affect administrator authentication or a function specifically requested through the website.
Browser controls do not by themselves prevent a third-party request after you deliberately activate embedded content. The Products video remains inactive until Play is selected.
