Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled when you visit the GreenyFox website, contact us about a product or development direction, or enquire about a possible business relationship.

We aim to provide clear information and to limit collection to information that is reasonably relevant to the enquiry, operation and security of the website. This policy should be read together with the Cookie Policy and Terms of Use.

02

Who Operates This Website

This website is operated by Linyi Greenfox Tech Products Co., Ltd. and presented under the GreenyFox brand.

The website operator is responsible for the processing described in this policy. Operator-related and privacy enquiries may be directed to the contact details below.

03

Information We Collect

The categories of information processed depend on how you use the website. They may include:

  • contact and identity information that you choose to provide;
  • the content and business context of an enquiry;
  • technical request, server and security information generated when the website is accessed;
  • correspondence and follow-up records created while responding to an enquiry; and
  • information required to document a later business relationship, where one is established.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card information or other sensitive information through the contact form.

04

Contact and Enquiry Information

The contact form collects Name, Email and Message. Phone / WhatsApp is an optional field. The form sends the submitted enquiry to info@greenyfox.com so that the GreenyFox team can review and respond to it.

The message may contain information about your company, target market, product interests or proposed collaboration. You decide what business context to provide, subject to the request not to include unnecessary sensitive information.

05

Technical and Server Information

When a browser requests the website, hosting and security systems may process information such as the IP address, request time, requested page, response status, browser type, device or operating-system information, referring address and security events.

The contact form also uses server-side security records, a one-time submission token and a rate-limiting identifier derived from connection information. These controls are used to reduce spam, repeated submissions and misuse. They are not used for advertising profiling.

06

How We Use Personal Information

Personal information may be used to:

  • review, route and respond to product, development, partnership or other business enquiries;
  • understand the company, market and subject connected with an enquiry;
  • continue discussions requested by the sender and prepare for a possible business relationship;
  • operate, troubleshoot, protect and improve the reliability of the website;
  • prevent spam, fraud, abuse and security incidents; and
  • meet applicable record-keeping, legal or dispute-management needs.

The website does not currently use submitted enquiry information for behavioural advertising, and we do not state that personal information is sold.

07

Legal Bases for Processing

The legal basis depends on the context and the law that applies. Processing may be necessary to take steps requested before entering a contract, to pursue legitimate interests in answering genuine B2B enquiries and securing the website, or to comply with a legal obligation.

Where a particular optional activity legally requires consent, that consent will be requested separately and may be withdrawn for future processing. Submitting a business enquiry is not treated as consent to unrelated marketing.

08

Service Providers and Recipients

Information may be handled by authorised GreenyFox personnel and by providers that support website hosting, server security, email delivery, maintenance or professional advice. A provider may receive only the information reasonably required for its role.

Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect rights and security, investigate misuse, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

09

International Data Transfers

GreenyFox enquiries may be accessed and processed by the team in China. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction, this can involve processing outside the jurisdiction in which the information was submitted.

Data-protection standards and legal remedies may differ between countries. Transfer arrangements must be assessed in light of the operator, service providers and applicable law. This policy does not claim that a specific transfer mechanism or certification is already in place.

10

Data Retention

A normal enquiry that does not lead to an active business relationship may be retained for up to 24 months after the most recent meaningful contact, then deleted or anonymised when it is no longer reasonably required.

Information may be retained for longer where discussions continue, a business relationship is established, a legal or accounting duty applies, a dispute is reasonably anticipated, or records are needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Shorter technical and form-security records may expire automatically according to their operational purpose.

11

Data Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or misuse. The contact form includes request verification, spam controls, server-side validation and limited error-state storage.

No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Visitors should choose the information they send accordingly and use the direct contact details if a different communication method is more appropriate.

12

Individual Rights

Depending on the law that applies to the processing and your circumstances, you may be entitled to request information about processing, access to personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy in an appropriate format. Some rights are subject to conditions and lawful exceptions.

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to confirm identity and locate the relevant records. You may also have the right to contact an appropriate data-protection authority. Contacting us first may allow an enquiry to be resolved more quickly, but it does not remove any right to approach an authority.

13

Third-Party Services

The Products page may offer a YouTube concept film. The initial page view uses a local cover or design fallback and does not create a YouTube frame. If you actively choose to play the film, the website loads a privacy-enhanced YouTube frame and YouTube or Google may receive technical request information.

External websites and services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Review the Cookie Policy for the current loading approach.

14

Children’s Privacy

This is a B2B product and collaboration website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly invite children to submit personal information through the business enquiry form. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so that the circumstances can be reviewed.

15

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated when website functions, service providers, business arrangements or legal requirements change. The revision date at the top of the page indicates the current version. Material changes should be reviewed before new processing begins.

16
